A Milestone of Leadership, Unity, and Service
The Tatak Bikol UAE Inaugural Oath-Taking Ceremony marked a significant milestone in the journey of the organization, bringing together its Founders, Board of Trustees, Executive Officers, Committee Chairpersons, members, distinguished guests, community leaders, partners, and supporters in an evening dedicated to leadership, service, unity, and pride in our Bikolano heritage.
The ceremony acknowledged the leaders and members' commitment to the vision and values of Tatak Bikol UAE and to serving the Bicolano community in the UAE. More than a ceremonial occasion, the event represented the beginning of a shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected, and service-oriented community.
Tatak Bikol UAE was deeply honored by the presence of His Excellency Alfonso Ferdinand A. Ver, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Arab Emirates, whose attendance added great significance to this historic occasion. The event was also graced by respected Filipino community leaders and representatives who demonstrated the strong spirit of bayanihan, solidarity, and collaboration within the Filipino community in the UAE.
The celebration also highlighted the achievements and contributions of proud Bikolano entrepreneurs and business owners, showcasing the resilience, determination, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit that continue to inspire our community. Their presence and support reflected the importance of creating opportunities for Bikolanos to connect, grow, and contribute to the communities where they live and work. Adding color and cultural pride to the evening were talented Bikolano performers who shared their gifts through music and dance. The performances brought our culture and traditions to life and reminded everyone of the rich heritage that Tatak Bikol UAE seeks to preserve and celebrate.
Behind the success of the ceremony was the collective effort of the organization's officers, members, volunteers, performers, sponsors, partners, and supporters. From venue preparation and stage decoration to documentation, certificates, catering, coordination, performances, and other event requirements, countless individuals generously shared their time, talents, resources, and helping hands. The spirit of bayanihan was evident throughout the preparation and celebration. Every contribution, whether big or small, played an important role in bringing the event together and making the inaugural ceremony a meaningful and memorable occasion.
The Inaugural Oath-Taking Ceremony was more than a celebration of leadership—it was a celebration of community, culture, friendship, and shared purpose. It marked the start of a journey to strengthen partnerships, preserve our Bikolano identity, promote opportunities, serve others, and uplift fellow Bikolanos and the wider Filipino community in the UAE.

A Celebration of Friendship, Sportsmanship, and Community
Tatak Bikol UAE successfully held its 1st Tatak Bikol UAE Friendship Bowling Tournament 2026, bringing together Filipino community organizations, teams, families, friends, and supporters for a day filled with fun, friendly competition, and camaraderie.
The tournament welcomed more than 100 attendees, including participating teams, community members, supporters, and guests who came together to cheer for the players and celebrate the event. From exciting strikes and spares to moments of laughter and friendly competition, the tournament created an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone who took part.
More than simply a bowling competition, the event provided an opportunity for different organizations and members of the Filipino community to meet, connect, and strengthen relationships. The spirit of friendship and sportsmanship was evident throughout the tournament as participants supported one another both on and off the lanes.
Tatak Bikol UAE is grateful to the Community Partners, Sponsors, Supporters, participating organizations, teams, volunteers, and everyone who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make the tournament possible. Their support played an important role in making the organization's first bowling tournament a successful and memorable community event. The event also marked an important milestone for Tatak Bikol UAE as it continues to create activities that encourage unity, collaboration, friendship, and bayanihan within the Filipino community in the UAE.
With the success of the 1st Tatak Bikol UAE Friendship Bowling Tournament, the organization looks forward to creating more opportunities for communities to come together, build meaningful connections, and grow alongside one another.

Tatak Bikol UAE Executive Officers and Committee Chairpersons came together for a collaborative planning meeting focused on upcoming programs, community activities, organizational priorities, and preparations for our Inaugural Oath-Taking Ceremony.
Through teamwork, shared ideas, and a strong commitment to service, our leaders continue to strengthen the foundation of Tatak Bikol UAE and work toward meaningful initiatives that bring our community together.

TATAK BIKOL UAE held its 1st General Assembly on August 7, 2026, welcoming new members and introducing the organization, its purpose, and its plans for the growing Bicolano community in the UAE. The gathering included discussions of proposed programs and activities for the organization, with members invited to share their thoughts, suggestions, and opinions during an open forum. This allowed everyone to actively participate in shaping the direction of TATAK BIKOL UAE and contribute ideas for future initiatives.
During the assembly, the organization's developing website was also showcased to the members, highlighting the organization's online platform and the resources and information available to the community. Beyond the discussions and planning, the gathering also provided a meaningful opportunity for members—especially the newly welcomed members—to connect, build friendships, and get to know one another. The event reflected the spirit of unity, participation, and bayanihan that Tatak Bikol UAE hopes to foster within its growing community.
