Meet the co-founders of Tatak Bikol UAE—individuals united by a shared commitment to building a strong, inclusive, and empowered Bicolano community in the United Arab Emirates.

Through leadership, service, and the spirit of bayanihan, they helped shape the organization’s foundation and continue to support its mission of preserving our heritage, strengthening connections, and creating meaningful opportunities for the community.

FOUNDERS, FOUNDING COUNCIL & BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Founders of Tatak Bikol UAE collectively serve as the organization’s Founding Council and Board of Trustees, providing continuity between its founding vision and ongoing governance.

Together, they safeguard the organization’s founding principles, provide strategic direction and responsible oversight, and promote transparency, accountability, and sound governance. They work to ensure that TATAK BIKOL UAE remains guided by its mission, vision, and core values while responding to the evolving needs of the Bicolano community in the UAE.

In collaboration with the Executive Committee and Standing Committees, they provide guidance and support for the organization’s programs, development, and long-term sustainability.

Board of Trustees 

The Board of Trustees serves as the governing and oversight body of TATAK BIKOL UAE. Composed of the Founders together with other duly appointed or elected Trustees, the Board provides strategic direction, promotes accountability and responsible governance, and helps ensure that the organization remains aligned with its mission, vision, core values, and organizational objectives.

The Executive Committee of TATAK BIKOL UAE is responsible for leading the organization’s day-to-day operations and carrying out the plans, programs, and initiatives aligned with its mission, vision, and objectives.

Working under the guidance and policies established by the Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee coordinates organizational activities, supports its members and committees, promotes effective communication, and helps ensure that decisions and programs are implemented responsibly and efficiently.

United by a commitment to service, integrity, teamwork, and bayanihan, the Executive Committee works together to transform the organization’s vision into meaningful action for the Bicolano community in the UAE.
